Growing quilt kit + Kona Wander restock + Cotton and Joy stickers

Welcome to the 43rd edition of the Sewfinity newsletter, written by me, Angela Bowman.

Hi from Angela

Meridian Idaho, Sunday April 26, 2026

Good morning, sunshine!

Last month I told you about our new team member: my son Chandler. He's been fulfilling most all of your orders and doing a bang-up job running our warehouse. Now that I have help, holy moly, my time has opened up in a big way! I've been working on some videos that you'll see hopefully soon, teaching you how our Sewfinity COLORWAY online tool can help you visualize and shop.

In the meantime I have some nifty little things to share with you: the perfect fresh spring quilt project, what we finally got restocked after being out for 4 months, some sweet new stickers, and new interfacing options (which is very nice since Joann is gone).

And don't miss the video that my daughter Chloe made for Sewfinity! I'll share it at the end of this email. She made it for a college assignment in her Content Creation course 😄

Growing quilt kit

Growing is the newest pattern by Lindsey of Pen and Paper Patterns - isn't it gorgeous?! We made a kit for you, featuring Kona Cotton Solids.

It's a nice big throw size, measuring 60" x 80". This is the colorway that Lindsey's mom sewed up, and I love its warm glowy cheerful vibe. (And how awesome is it that Lindsey and her mom sew together!)

This might be the perfect spring project you're looking for 😃

Kona Wander restock

This deep yellow green is Kona Cotton Solids 2026 Color of the Year, and we just got a bunch more in stock for ya 💚

This new color Wander was launched in January and we promptly sold out, so I'm glad to have more on-hand for you. It's really such a beautiful fresh green.

Cotton and Joy stickers

How fun are these stickers?!

Put them on your planner, water bottle, project bag, laptop, or sewing machine!

Designed by Fran of Cotton and Joy.

Moda interfacing

Did you know Moda has interfacing?! We have their entire line for you.

I personally tested out each of these, and they work great. I've included the Pellon equivalents below, in parentheses.

➕️ fusible woven (SF101)
➕️ fusible lightweight nonwoven (P44F)
➕️ fusible midweight nonwoven (911FF or 931TD)
➕️ fusible fleece (987F or TP971F)
➕️ sew-in ultra firm nonwoven (70 Peltex)

Video by Chloe

Learn a little about us and our new tool Sewfinity COLORWAY.

This video was made by my daughter Chloe as an assignment for her Content Creation class at U of I. She filmed it when she was home for spring break and she edited the entire thing on her phone!

P.S. she got an A 😁

Every month (or so) Angela writes a letter about her thoughts, behind-the-scenes stuff at Sewfinity, and things worth knowing in the world of sewing. It's like getting a nice letter in the mail. Not too spammy. And not too often.
